Anti-Aging Treatments include the administration of toxin (Botox) to temporarily reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines on the face. The effects are typically noticeable within a few days to a week after the treatment. Unlike some other cosmetic procedures, Botox provides relatively quick results. Injections are generally well-tolerated, and any discomfort during the procedure is usually minimal. Most Botox treatments last on average for three to four months.

Are There Any Side Effects?

Pain or bruising at the injection site.
Mild localised pain and tenderness.
Swelling immediately after the injection but this should subside within 48 hours.
Sometimes, although rarely the toxin can spread to surrounding muscles, it can cause drooping of the eyelids, or around the mouth. This is usually temporary and will resolve on its own with time.
Whilst rare, some people may be allergic to toxin and a reaction may occur. If this happens it is important that you contact the clinic as soon as possible.
