Cannot recommend Lucy enough, I felt comfortable as soon as I walked into the room. I was nervous for the outcome of the filler, and she put me totally at ease from the get go, and explained and reassured what will be done and what is best for me. I had been visiting another practitioner for Botox for a couple of years and wanted to try other treatments that they didn't offer, that's when I found Lucy. Previously the injections had strung and caused large bumps, I knew the bumps where relatively common but not the stinging. The experience with Lucy was different, no stinging and very minor bumps. Since then I have had micro needling with skin boosters and have had my first treatment of polynucleotides in the eye area. I had been put off polynucleotides due to the post-treatment look and recovery time but Lucy uses a cannula and within 48 hours the light swelling had gone and now I am patiently waiting for the results. Lucy is such a warm, friendly and lovely person. I have complete trust in any treatment I have with her.

I had my first appointment with Lucy today. The aesthetics room is beautiful, so clean and smelt amazing. Lucy explained in detail about the way muscles work in the face. Lucy continued to give a really caring approach to consulting with me what I would like or where I feel parts of my face would benefit from a treatment.A really genuine lady and so easy to speak about what treatments would be beneficial for me. I felt so relaxed and felt i was completely listened to. The process was pain free and advised the time for a follow up appointment and after care.

I can not recommend Lucy and her wonderful clinic enough. I suffer with rosatia and had booked a course of light therapy. From the moment I arrived she made me feel at ease, her treatment room is so relaxing and she really looked after me. I finished the course feeling a lot more confident and felt that she had taken the time to listen to what the problem was and to try different types of light to focus on different problems my skin had. I'll definitely be going back to see Lucy again.

Amazing, I have been having anti-wrinkle/botox treatment for years, and after years working in the industry, it is hard to find a practitioner who knows anatomy very well and has the skillset to work in this industry from a professional nursing background. Someone you can trust who gets results is super hard to find in this present day. However, Lucy has it all, she knows her stuff, is clinical yet makes you feel very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone - I am super happy and will definitely be back. One happy customer, thank you.

I visited Lucy in her clinic recently and as soon as I walked in, I instantly felt safe. I’m almost 41 and have never had any form of aesthetic treatment before so I was a little nervous. Lucy instantly made me feel reassured with her wealth of knowledge and experience and after a little chat, she recommended the best form of treatment for what I wanted. Having Botox for me wasn’t about trying to look younger, it was about looking and feeling a better version of myself and this is exactly what Lucy advocates. The clinic is amazing and so is Lucy. I listened to her advice and I’m so happy with the results. I’ve seen a huge difference and not only has it made me feel so much more confident in myself but my face now has a glow to it that I was missing. I cannot recommend Lucy enough, for anyone like me who is feeling unsure or apprehensive about aesthetics especially if you’re of a certain age, you’re in the best hands. A good experience. Made to feel comfortable, procedure carried out in a professional way and I am very pleased with the results and will definitely return again. This practitioner is a qualified, experienced nurse and I cannot recommend her enough.

I have have skin booster, botox and polynucleotides treatments, lucy is lovely and with her medical background is so knowledgeable about the effects of the treatments and if the worst was to happen she knows how to put it right, not that she has ever needed to but it's comforting to know. The clinic is lovely and relaxing and lucy makes you feel so comfortable
She offers payment plans so every six months your have your treatment money saved up and you get freebies of facials and light treatments for doing this plan which is great
Totally reccomend I wouldn't go anywhere else
My husband has started a hair treatment course with lucy and he hates needles but she made him comfortable enough to try xx
